Thomas Pugh is a Partner with Meridia Recruitment Solutions, where he leads recruitment for the architecture, engineering, construction, and manufacturing sectors. A Dartmouth native, Thomas is passionate about helping Atlantic Canadian organizations grow by connecting them with top talent across the region.

A graduate of the Royal Military College and Saint Mary’s University (MBA, Sobey School of Business), Thomas began his career as a Canadian Forces Officer before moving into recruitment. Outside of work, he enjoys soccer and spending time with his wife and daughters.
